These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Elskill Online (online.elskill.com), including our courses, the Elskill Speaking Test, and any related services (together, the “Services”), operated by Elskill (“Elskill”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate name, email, and phone information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Courses

Course access is granted upon successful payment and remains available for as long as Elskill offers the course, subject to these Terms. Course content is for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your own account.

3. The Elskill Speaking Test

The Elskill Speaking Test provides an assessment of spoken English, including an overall score and approximate equivalents to scales such as CEFR, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and TOEIC. These equivalents are indicative estimates only and are not official certification results recognized by IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, TOEIC, or any other testing body. Elskill does not guarantee that your Elskill score will match any result you may achieve on an official examination.

By taking the test, you consent to your spoken responses being recorded, transcribed, and analyzed — including by automated systems and, where you purchase Advanced Feedback or a Consultation Call, by a human reviewer — for the purpose of generating your results and report.

The test questions, passages, scoring methodology, reports, and all related content are proprietary to Elskill. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use any part of the Speaking Test or its content for any commercial purpose without Elskill's prior written consent.

4. Payments

Payments for courses and Speaking Test add-ons (Advanced Feedback and Consultation Call + Advanced Feedback) are processed securely through Razorpay. Elskill does not store your card or payment credentials. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access another user's account, disrupting the Services, or using automated tools to scrape, copy, or systematically extract content, questions, or data from the Services without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Elskill Online — including course materials, the Speaking Test and its questions and scoring, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Elskill or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” Elskill makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that any score, feedback, or predicted equivalent will be free of error or will match any outcome you achieve elsewhere. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elskill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
